Like Levin in Soul Nomad, but considering the setting, I imagined him with a loosely/casually worn suit. There's also an evilish look on his face, and I dunno about his hair.

I have (finally) finished! Its not amazing, I changed a couple of things like how his head band it kinda his tie. Well sorta. Ill have to colour it. Anyway tell me what you think
